BBC Easy Learning English-listening and speaking on the go

As we all know BBC news, it also dedicate to English learning.
Their official English learning website has a lot of learning resources for learners to explore.
There are 11 courses and 9 topics on the website.

BBC Learning English is a special program from BBC to help people all over the world to improve their English skill. The program includes lessons, stories and news reports which are written in quite simple words and spoken at slow speed so that learners could understand them easily.

What I want to recommend today is the app.
There are tons of apps on app store that are about BBC learning English and I am going to suggest two of them.

1.

Easy BBC Learning English (ios)

This app covers several topic from BBC. I recommend it because I just play the sound track while I am doing something.

And because the audio are short, just few minutes, it won't cost too much time.

After listening, you can always take a look at the transcript.

The interface can be easily understood.

2.

Learn English BBC Learning English By Conversation (ios)

2. Tap on any sentence of the transcript to play it.
3. Highlight transcript's word while playing.
4. Support video learning.
5. Record your voice for practicing speaking skill.
6. Save the vocabulary which you want to remember.
7. Remember your favorites, your playing history.
8. In-app dictionary.
9. Able to change playing speed to fit your listening skill.
10. Auto update new episodes daily.
11. Separating lessons into levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
12. Support 11 topics from BBC Learning English: 6 minute English, 6 minute vocabulary, 6 minute grammar, English at Work,English at University, News Report, Lingohack, Drama, Words in the news, the English we speak, News report.

This is a recommendation for English teachers in my context or English learners that are not that young~maybe should be above junior high school or even high school in Taiwan. People who would like to use this app must be autonomous and self-motivated. It's for people whose aim of improving English is self-driven.
I wouldn't recommended it for young learner. It is not because they are not motivated, it's because their English level may not allowed them to learn many things from it.
